What

Changes to specific fields in Persons when workflow and revalidation are enabled will trigger the workflow to change and start revalidation. Specific fields that trigger revalidation can be configured by a Pure administrator and can include any, and all, of the following:

• Profile photos
• ID
• Visibility
• Willingness to take PhD students
• Keyword groups
• External positions
• Profile information
• Retirement date
• Start date as an independent researcher
